Onsite training available for the following tasks:
- Evaluation of microscopic features for the determination of treatment status of a gemstone such as fissure filling in emerald or heat treatment in ruby and sapphire
- Evaluation of microscopic features for gemstone origin (ruby, sapphire, emerald)
- Hands-on training on data acquisition with advanced instruments (UV-Vis, FTIR, XRF, Raman)
- Hands-on training on data evaluation (UV-Vis spectra, FTIR spectra, XRF data, Raman data) for treatment and origin of selected gemstones
Each of these 4 units will take approximately 3-5 days, depending on the requirements of the client and will take place at the clients’ premises with their instruments.
